I doubt whether the pay offered will be considered sufficient inducement even to a person of the class indicated by the Board, especially if the value of the dollar is clearly explained to him. Qualifications.
Must be either
A member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, or
holds the Veterinary Certificate of the Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland; and a young man under 30 years of age, preference being given to an unmarried man.
