Let Dr M'Harry be made acquainted that his case has been carefully considered by the Executive Council, and that the Council finds that the explanations which he has sent in in reply to the charge of insubordination and disobedience of orders on the 6th instant are not satisfactory :
That further he has continued since that date to refuse to carry out the orders given to him by the Officer Administering the Government repeating the performance of Post mortem examinations during the illness of Dr Marques.
That the Officer Administering the Government directs therefore that he be informed that on Friday next, the 26th instant, he will bring before the Executive Council the question whether the Colonial Surgeon...
