Leung Athening recalled.
I know Leung Afung. I was on board the ss "Wing Ning" on the 10th ultimo. I knew Leung Afung by sight. I saw him packing when I was working at the Hung Hom Police Station. He was a doctor. The man who jumped into the water from the "Kam Ling" launch on the 10th ultimo, who was put back on board the "Kam Ling" and taken ashore at Kowloon Wharf, I am certain it was Leung Afung. "Wing Ning" joined the "Kam Ling" shortly after leaving Victoria. He jumped overboard near the French mail, off Tsimhatsui. It was about half way across the harbour that he jumped overboard.
