There is a site at Pokfulam
immediately below the new road which appears to me to be large enough for the erection thereon of barracks for
all the troops now in hutting. A
considerable area could be readily sold by the Civil Government for building sites as it
is so readily accessible.
It would unquestionably be a more
healthy position
in the Troopers' view
