Annexed from which it appears that his total service was 19 years and that instant of disability a year received was added for injuries to service (Imposed under last sentence class of sec. XII of Ord. 46/1862).
But I doubt whether we need object to this. Kat simply suggests that we should not object to the addition of a year.
