The statement contained in the first ... paragraphs of this Petition are correct.
With respect to the 8th paragraph I beg to report that if the Petitioner keres that the property had been sold, he might, by the slightest inquiry at the Land Office, or at the Office of any Solicitor, have discovered how the proceeds had been dealt with.
In the 9th paragraph the Petitioner states that he has ascertained that all money so paid into Court is paid into a bank to the current account and interest is received thereon.
