On the 11th day of May in the year, the Honourable the Acting Attorney General filed Information setting forth among other things: Firstly "That by Indenture dated the 18th day of November 1854 made between Her Majesty the Queen and Yorick Jaws Murrow, Her said Majesty for and in consideration of the yearly rent therein mentioned demised, leased and to farm let to the said Yorick Jones Murrow a certain piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land Office as Marine Lot Nr 83, containing in all 13,500 square feet for the full term of nine hundred and ninety nine years.
