Medical Certificate by Dr Patrick Manson.
This is to certify that I have examined Mr James Parker; that he is suffering from disease of the liver and chronic diarrhoea; and, that in my opinion his health is such that he is not likely to be able to perform his duties in the climate of Hongkong.
