The sentences of banishment have not yet been carried out against: 10, Police Constable Li-Fan, because he has been committed to take his trial at the Criminal Sessions in connection with some riotous proceedings by members of the Triad Society in which he was implicated; 2o, Police Constable Lum Hsing, because the Captain Superintendent informed me that this man, who knows that his banishment has been ordered, seems disposed to afford valuable information respecting the Triad Society; 3o, Li-Fuk-sing, Interpreter of the Police Court.
