I have the honour to again request His Excellency the Governor to insist upon Mr. Harry carrying out the instructions conveyed to him with regard to his medico legal work.
I was furnished with a true copy of the instructions issued to Mr. Harry amongst others on the 7th June, 1883. The said copy contained the following paragraph.
"The medico legal instructions to Mr. F. Stewart, Acting Colonial Secretary,
