the Board, which enquired into charges against him very fully, exonerates him from those charges.

Marsh's despatch, however, seems to me to fully justify this case, and I would answer that the reason which have been temporarily made applicable mitigate it, as he gathers that Mr Jordan has been informed that such temporary employment gives him no claim to be permanently employed.
