All Members present, except Mr. MacDonnell accidentally prevented from attending.
Report considered and settled.
Considerable discussion took place on the expediency of issuing a proclamation beforehand concerning the banishment of suspected Triads, &c.
It was decided at length that a Government Notification might be issued, so that sureties should come forward if thought advisable to accept them.
The Board adjourned sine die.
