All Members present, except Mr. MacDonnell accidentally prevented from attending.

Report considered and settled.

Considerable discussion took place on the expediency of issuing a proclamation beforehand concerning the banishment of suspected Triads, &c.

It was decided at length that a Government Notification might be issued, so that sureties should come forward if thought advisable to accept them.

The Board adjourned sine die.
