I am directed by the Officer Administering the Government to invite you to act on a Board consisting of the gentlemen named in the margin, with yourself as Chairman, to consider and report on the growth and present position of the Triad Society in this Colony, and to consider the best means of dealing with the abuses to which the action of its members is alleged to give rise.
