Minute by the Clerk of Councils.
28th April, 1886.
considered is Executive Council this day.
The Council advise that the opinion of the Honourable the Acting Attorney General should be approved, and that notice to quit should be given on the 14th June next.
The Council also advise that the papers should be referred to the Acting Attorney General, that he may instruct the Acting Crown Solicitor accordingly.
