Referring to my letter of the 2nd instant, written on behalf of Lam Pok Shan and Liz Sun, the purchasers of No. 2 stall in the Sheung Wan Market, I must again urge upon you the necessity of giving immediate possession to my clients with the necessary license. My clients are heavy losers by the delay, which seems perfectly needless.
