that when one feels grieved or sad, one will call for one's parents. Your Honour, being the father of the people and loving them as if they were your children, will certainly not allow them to be ruined. Petitioner prays that your Honour will take fully on him in his distress and allow him to resume his business so that both families may have something to support their life. Petitioner further submits that, should he be required to be fined for his wrong, he is willing to pay;

I strongly recommend that this application be refused. Applicant is the person whose case is dealt with in OS O No. 2574. Nothing was said about So Yik-hin's children or the result of the investigation of the case, except that So Yik-hin's son, father's son, produced a letter relating that his interest in the business of the Poultry Law had ceased.
