recover his capital. Petitioner begs to
state that 10 years ago,

having received permission, joined partnership with So Yik-him; after a time, the
business was
entirely left to the
agent of petitioner: Recently
So Yik-him died in
his
own
Country
and his relations now rely
on
the business
and his relations now
for their living. Petitioner submits that the amount due to him, his outstanding bills is over $10,000. If his shop is
closed, there will be no
hope of recovering
his capital, which is hard to bear. Moreover, So-Yik-hin's wife
