In regard to fairs, shops and stalls in the Markets, there is a fixed regulation, by which it is only allowed to the person who rents the bay, shop or stall, to pay the rent every month and to sell goods therein. He is not allowed to transfer the bay, shop or stall or to sublet it.

Now, it has been discovered that some of those who rent shops or stalls have actually presumed to sublet their stalls or shops, which is an audacious disregard of the law.

It is hereby again notified for the information of you, shop or stall-keepers, that if the persons, who rent the shops or stalls, die, the shop or stall will be regarded as closed, and the Government will forthwith put it to tender.

If a death occurs soon after the premium has been paid, the Government may perhaps allow...
