Gentlemen,
In reply to your letter of the 4th inst. respecting Western Market Lot No. 2, I am directed by the Officer Administering the Government to inform you that the Government does not admit that Mr. Chu Man-yong has any right to the Lot, and that it sees no reason to recall the notice to tender.
