He is not aware that he has done anything contrary to cause for his receiving notice to quit. 212
According to Law and Company we understand that under the above circumstances we have to request that an enquiry be made into the facts of the case to permit our client to continue his business.
If he is turned out on the 12th of next month the result will be a very great loss to him in his business as it will be impossible for him to collect his debts and he will suffer great hardship resulting in utter ruin.
