On behalf of the son of the late Chu Man Don, the Tenant (朱錦芳)
of Western Market, Hong Kong, I have this morning tendered you the sum of $20
being the rent of the said premises ending the 31st December 1885 which you refused.
We now beg to give you notice that Mr. Cher Kodin Longatriens is to be the Servant of the said premises.
