Your Memorialist has through his Solicitors repeatedly asked for an inquiry to be held into his case since he received notice to quit but that has been refused.
Your Memorialist therefore humbly prays.
1. That he may be allowed to retain peaceable possession. The said Land at such rental as may be deemed equitable.
2. That an inquiry may be held to thoroughly investigate the whole matter and the action of the Hongkong Government in ejecting your Memorialist.
And that such other Relief be granted as the nature of the case may deserve.
And your Memorialist will ever pray.
