Permission is granted to Fung-I-On of 37, D'Aguilar Street to erect 5 scaffolding Covered with cloth (A) between Nos 28 + 26 Wellington Street 20x16 ft. (B) at foot of Null at end of D'Aguilar Street 20×16 ft. (C) adjoining Mall of No 14 D'Aguilar Str. 16x8 ft for a music stand (D) In front of the To Ji Temple in Lan Kwai Fong 14×12 ft. (E) in front of the "The" Shrine in Wing Wa Lane 14x12 ft. 8 to hold therein Religion Ceremonies, accompanied by Music, commencing on the 22 August and closing on the 26 August inclusive. The playing of music of any kind must cease each day from 11pm till 6am the next morning.
