Colony of Hongkong, for that you on the 24 day of August A.D. 1886 at Victoria in this Colony unlawfully did make a noise to-wit-beating gongs
and make other
noises thereby annoying
the neighbourhood.
These are therefore to command you, in Her Majesty's name, to be and appear
before we
- forthwith
of
Gederate in thir, at the Court aforesaid, or before such other MAGISTRATE OF JUSTICE OF JUSTICES OF THE PLACE for the said Colony as may then he there, to answer to the said complaint, and to be further dealt with according to Law.
