the depositions in which Hong et Kise alias Cheung A-yo is charged with piracy within the jurisdiction of the Emperor of China and to state that I have sent the prisoner to Gaol... to await the orders of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government.
Chung A-yo was first brought before Mr. A.G. Wise, Police Magistrate.
