I have the honour to transmit for Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance for the Relief of Widows and Children of Intestates where the personal Estate is of small value!" (No.10 of 1886).
2. The customary Report by the Attorney-General is annexed, as also Report by the Secretary of the Law Revision Commission.
