I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
"Trade Marks Ordinan
"The
Ancendment Ordinance, 1886,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
Section
3 of Ordinance N. Me of
1873 which provides for the Registration of Trade Marks required every
application for the registration in this Colony of a
Trade Mark to be
