of the Supreme Court (Mr. de Kroyd) to the post of Acting Attorney General and asking for the appointment for himself. As no application for leave had been received from Mr. O'Malley at the time that this letter was received,

Mr Francis was informed that

representations would be taken into consideration when the time

arrived.
