2 of Ir Cook's report attached to appendices M., it would seem worth the Consideration the Colonial Government
of whether au experimental cargo of Welsh Steam Coal should not be Shipped by
us to the Colony if there is a prospect of further considerable quantities of Coal being required_
I return Mr Price's report for reference and beg to suggest that
