subject, the Attorney-General- reports as follows:-

would be
any objection to-
dealing with such eases at
once, and without the delar

entailed by a reference to the "Secretary of State. "The Ordinance" "en10413 of

year will, however, have to be amended, so as to leave it
open to persons to make their applications either through the - Secretary of State or to the Governor,

The Ordinance will
be amended accordingly during
the present Session Legislative Council.
