Rural Building Lot situate in the Colony of Hong Kong
Sheweth,
That
your
Getitioners are the holders of
Crown Leases of the Farm hot and Rural
Building Roto litiuate near the leaks and in the vicinity of Mount Gough
and Mount Kellet
more particularly mentioned in the Schedule
hereto.
That each of such leases have been granted by Government for the term of 25 years and the total premia paid to the Government- for such Leases amounts in the aggregate
to the
Jum of $16,906: 0g as appears in the sait Schedule hereto.
That your
Petitioners have in addition to
the payment of such premia expended large
in the erection off permanent
sums of money in the erection
dwellings
to the sum
on the said several Rots amounting
of $265,000 at the least.
That such an expenditure has made
a
very great
and permanent altération
