Speech at the opening
of the Session of the Legislative Council on the 3.50 instans, I informed the Council. - that it might become expedient to revise the Estimates for 1885.
Such revivion has now been made;
and a mised copy of the Estimates in nous ready for consideration
by
the Concil.
It has been decused prudent to
reduce the Estimates of Revcene from the amount originally stated. $1,212; 188. to
that is to
