that it was undesirable, whilst the strike lasted, to interfere with the sentences imposed by the Police Magistrates, from which : there has as yet been no formal
or other appeal,
as such
interference would have the
appearance of yielding to m
pressure
pressure on the part of the bostmen, who, it is expected, will return to work after day or two of reflection.
