With reference to Lord Derby's Circular Despatch of June 28th on the subject of Remittances to the Crown Agents, which the Governor has been pleased to refer to
for report, I have the honour to make the following observations.
2. The system recommended by the Secretary of State, in pursuance of which the Crown Agents would draw on this Colony as might be necessary.
