that I have accepted his resignation.
As it is highly necessary in view of
the forthcoming opening of the new Victoria College,
that the students at the Central
School should have every opportunity afforded them
for making vigorous progress in their studies, I have to
request that Your Lordship
will give directions
for the selection of a duly trained and
certificated master to fill the
post about to fall vacant.
