Whereas a communication by an Officer of the Chinese Government has been forwarded

Chinese subject and now within the Colony of Hongkong and alleging that the said
person has committed a crime against the laws of China, to wit, the crime of rioters
and cutting and wounding a Chinese subject within the Jurisdiction of China.
This is therefore to command you in Her Majesty's name forthwith to apprehend

whenever or wherever he may be found in the Colony of Hongkong or the waters
thereof, and bring him before me or some other Magistrate sitting in this Court, to be
dealt with according to law under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1850.
