I have examined the accompanying Ordinance being an Ordinance entitled The Dangerous Goods Ordinance, Amendment Ordinance, 1884, and I am of opinion
0 that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance is intended to extend the operation of Ordinance No. 12 of 1873 so as to place the keeping of any quantity of the dangerous goods to which that Ordinance applies, except limited quantities of Petroleum for private use, under License and Regulation.
