I have examined the accompanying
Ordinance being an Ordinance entitled
An Ordinance to amend Ordinance 3
of 1862, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is in conformity with the Governor's instructions.
This Ordinance makes the Governor
able to grant exemptions from any prohibition to export arms
imposed by
Proclamation under the provisions
of Ordinance 3 of 1862.
