January 1885, by the Officer Administering the
Government (Mr March),
and
that owing to some
departmental inadvertence,
they were not reported at
one time. These appointments are:
(a) Mr William Goulbourn
Clerk in to be storekeeper in
connection with the Tytans
Water Works, at a salary of
$1080 per annum
(b) Mr Ng Kwai Shang, to be
second clerk at the Magistracy
at a salary of $1080 per
annum.
(c) Mr Chan Sai Ming, to be
third clerk at the Magistracy
at a salary of $960 per
annum.
