M. Round to see. Carefully case & encloses a case which should be dealt with if it is only for the reason that the Inspectors of the C.D. ordinances have large powers placed in their hands, and unless well looked after may abuse such powers to a very serious extent.
The case (I treat it as one of a police pension - I do not understand Inspector Whitehead's service far as the Blue Books show)
