Under instructions from Dr Fisher I am preparing for transmission through the customary channels to the Right Honorable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, an humble petition which has been sent to Her Majesty the Queen praying that Her Majesty's confirmation should not be given to the Medical Registration Ordinance passed at the sitting of the Legislative Council held on Wednesday last the 26th March 1884.
