directions were

Sections 1-3 provide for the establishment of a Register.

6-9 impose disabilities upon unregistered persons.

10. provides for the constitution of a Medical Board.

11-15 lay down the conditions upon which registration is allowed, and the circumstances under which it is liable to be forfeited.

16-18 provide for punishment of offences.

19 makes special provision for Medical Officers of the Army & Navy.

20. saves the rights of medical practitioners in practice at the date of the passing of the Ordinance.
