I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, being an Ordinance entitled The Medical Registration Ordinance, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to establish a Register of persons qualified by law to practise medicine and surgery in the Colony.
