Mr. Stewart is appointed to be Acting Colonial Secretary during
Mr Marsh's absence on leave.

Captain Thomsett is provisionally appointed to act provisionally as a member of the Legislative Council while Mr Stewart acts in the office of Colonial Secretary, but subject to Her Majesty's pleasure thereupon:
