The duplicate requisition, duly receipted, is to be returned to the Receiver and Accountant General,

The date of supply, and to be brought to account on the date. If the London Postal Service, and all Postal Orders in hand at the end of the month, credit to be taken by Hongkong for the gross value of Postal Orders issued in Hongkong.
