10. Reimbursements - In 1882 the sum of $5.102 was received under this heading, a contribution towards Police expenditure, from the Interest on Moneys belonging to Special Fund, which since 1883 are incorporated with the Colonial Fund.

We Establishment - The increase is chiefly caused by the salary to Governor's Aide-De-Camp, increases in salaries of Supreme Court Staff, Registrar General & Superintendent of Police, formerly charged to special "Fixed". Personal Allowances to Harbour Master, increase to the salary of Marine Surveyor 40%.
