I think it will be well to refer this to his Honour R. Ranthorn - He has talked it over with Trimmer and thinks he shall be able to obtain what is wanted without Bay Pakenham, which will save the money.
I recommend there be a clear advantage from being a liner.
For R. Rundlivron is disposed to think there are equally good and much less expensive modes of getting rid of the refuse.
