I have been teaching for 4.3 years and am maintaining discipline in the school, which is largely to the satisfaction of The Government.
17. Hewart and I, as Leadmaster and Second Master respectively, have for some years conducted the Police schools at the Central Station and the Police Headquarters. I have thus had considerable experience in dealing with crowds of different nationalities, and have acquitted myself to the satisfaction of the Commissioner, Superintendent of Police.
I would, in conclusion, respectfully state that during nearly seven years of service, I have received substantial promotion, and that I have already been recommended for further promotion.
