Cette convention sera enregistrée au droit fixe de trois francs (3 fr.).

and of the Colonies, and the Eastern Extension Company, for the laying of a Submarine Telegraph Cable between Cape St. James (Cochin China) and Haï-Phong, and for the maintenance of this Cable for twenty years is approved. This Convention shall be registered at the fixed charge of 3 fr. (three francs).
