I am directed by Earl Granville to state to you for the information of the Earl of Derby that His Lordship agrees to the proposals contained in your letter of the 30th ultimo respecting the cost of Telegrams between Consular Offices and Colonial Authorities, and to request that the inclosures to your letters from this office of the 7th and 8th ultimo, (Eo. 7756 Straits) be returned.
